What’s that thing that you’ve thought about doing for ages, but always have a reason an excuse not to?

That trip you want to take.

That book you want to write.

That relationship you want to leave.

That language you want to learn.

That skill you want to master.

That pet you want to adopt.

That love you want to commit to.

That country you want to explore.

That practice you want to live by.

I hear you!

I have lots of those things. And I’ve also taken many big leaps on that very list that have absolutely changed my life for the better! Such as…

  • Immigrating from Canada to the US.

  • Taking a solo two-month long journey to Thailand to study meditation and Thai massage.

  • Leaving an unhealthy marriage.

  • Learning how to Salsa dance and preforming three times.

  • Adopting my dog Nica (love of my life!).

  • Turning down a job offer to be a solo-preneur instead.

  • Pursuing, and getting, a job in the tech industry that I had no idea I was qualified for.

  • Leaving Los Angeles after 15 years to find my new home!

What was it that allowed me to take these leaps?

A clear decision. A deep knowing that was instantly undeniable and the only choice was to act upon it. No excuse can stand up to that kind of clarity.

That feeling of clarity, of knowing, of a clear actionable decision is SO GOOD, SO FREEING!

I want to help you get there…

The clarity and the knowing can’t be rushed or forced.

Yet you can either deliberately avoid or consciously seek to connect with it.
