Ever wish you could magically extend the length of your day and let go of the feeling that you’re always behind?

(Because you’re trying to run your business, get another project off the ground, spend time with your family, and look fabulous all at the same time?)

I’m writing today because I know how you feel. As a woman with high expectations of myself and of life, I do actually want to excel at everything I do, yet I know piling on the stress is not the answer.

The answer, I discovered, is to make friends with time, understand that it is on your side, and learn how to flow through your day in a way that allows you to be present with all your passions minus the stress.

So I created a system for living a full life without the overwhelm (most of the time…I am human after all), and I want to share the foundation of it with you, for FREE. Why? Because I believe getting hold of how you view time is the first step in taking really good care of yourself and living the feel good goddess life (and you are a goddess).

These are super simple time expansion tricks that you can seamlessly incorporate into your day to immediately feel like time is on your side. Small action for major shift. Yes!

  1. This is really a very amazing idea Sasha,
Lots of people always battle with time and I’m also guilty of it. It always seem as if some people has more time than we do because you’ll see them doing everything they want to do in a timely manner while some of us will be struggling trying to meet up with time.

Having a good system to deal with this is really a no brainier. I’m therefore going to hop in at once.

    Thanks for sharing.
