  1. This video is pure gold! I love giving myself a choice when I’m feeling obligated. Thank you, love!

Would love to hear how to tap into the best choices for myself when I’m planning my week. I tend to say yes to more than necessary and I’m not good at checking in with my future self and canceling what feels like too much. I get attached to bring dependable and showing up no matter what.

Would love to hear you make a blog video on this topic. xoSG

  2. You are so welcome, and I love your request! This is an important topic and I’m sure one that would resonate for many. I will be addressing an important element of this in the Live Webinar on June 23. Hope you can make it live but if not, there will be a recording.

My question for you is, what in your schedule ends up feeling like too much? What are those events/activities/commitments that when you’re there you’re thinking, “hmmm, probably would’ve better if I had skipped this one to…”

Without knowing any further details, I will say that time blocking is key (and honoring those time blocks as much as possible) and that your current self already knows what is just right and what is too much.
