I am not a believer in new years resolutions. We can resolve to change, create a new healthy habit, or make a major life pivot at any time of the year.
I am, however, a big believer in setting goals. They create momentum, inspiration, and movement. In order to really cash-in on those benefits, you need a system that keeps you on track, and keeps that momentum going even through rough times and roadblocks.
Enter The 12-Week Year. It’s a system I love so much, I’ve talked about it on this blog before! And here I am again, extolling the virtues. This time, I walk you through my step-by-step process of how I set up my current 12-Week Year, and the goals I want to achieve over the next three months.
