Continuing with the theme of space, this week I’m thinking about physical space, and how it can affect mood, focus, and general well-being. I’ve noticed that, when it comes to my workspace, having a clear physical boundary around it is just as important as having a mental boundary. In fact, they compliment each other!
Since moving in with my partner, my desk is now in our living room. I recently made a small yet hugely impactful change that has me feeling way more uplifted and focused when I’m working, and more rested when I’m not. Check it out below.
