My Changing Relationship with Exercise

Image of Chihuahua lying in the grass

I notice that at this point in my life (mid-40s), what I want from exercise is very different than when I was in my 20s and 30s. Also, what I need in terms of my lifestyle has changed considerably, and it’s taken me some time to figure out what works best.

I share some of my reflections, and what I’m doing now to feel fit and keep my energy up, in this video:

I’m curious how you feel about exercise these days, and what helps you feel your best physically? Let me know in the comments below.

  1. Sasha!!
I completely and totally agree with you.
Yoga is my go to and what serves my body the most.

    1. No matter how long I might step away from it, I always come back to it and my body thanks me.

      Thanks for sharing Lynn!

  2. I love walking! It always sets me in the right place in my mind! I like to walk at least five mornings a week!

    1. Me too! I have to walk everyday to feel balanced and calm.
