Why you aren’t making art (and how to start again)

Even though growing up, making art was my very favorite thing to do, I all but stopped in adulthood. It took me twenty years to get back to a practice that feels like an essential part of my soul!

In this video, I share more about my journey back to making art, and the two mindsets that kept me away from it for so long:

  • I don’t have time.
  • It has to be really good, or it’s not worth it.
